CC not working since being updated

I just did a big update on my game yesterday and since then none of my cc is being detected  or working, I have repaired the game through EA and also disabled and re enabled CC through the game and they both didn't work. I've been using cc for many years and have always just been able to re enable it through the game after an update, could anyone help??
