My female aliens are all headless and i dont know what to do about it. I have downloaded mods but even without those their headless. My selfmade sims are headless but the npc too. The male aliens do have heads, just the female ones. How do i fix this?
I also have this problem and it isn't CC or mods as I removed all of mine just to check that. For me It's all aliens male and female.
Hi @Sephraim_Annatau After dragging the Mods folder to your desktop, also delete the file called localthumbcache and recheck.
Recently whenever I travel to Sixam the alien sim's heads are invisible aside from their teeth which are just floating where I assume their mouths should be. I thought it might have been a broken mod/CC or an issue with the save file I was using but when I removed all my mods and visited Sixam on a new save the alien sims still looked the same. I went into CAS and added an alien sim to my household and he looked fine, I took him to Sixam and he didn't have the issue at all. So I added one of the broken alien sims to my household and put them into their disguise and the disguise had no issues, it was the same thing when I put them in CAS they still looked normal but when I went back to Sixam thinking the issue was fixed they were still broken.
Hi @Midnightiee This is caused by outdated mods. See the list of known issues in the Mod and CC Issues thread for what type of mod you need to find updates for or remove.

Hi @Midnightiee Did you remove the file called localthumbcache? What you describe is a common result of outdated CAS default mods, especially eyelash mods after a patch this past summer. There's a batch fix in Sims 4 Studio, but also see this post in an old Broken/Updated thread: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/comment/18291111/#Comment_18291111
I remove the localthumbcache file often but that doesn't do much. I also use the kijiko no EA lashes mod and updated it but that didn't resolve the issue so I looked at the sims 4 studio solution but that didn't really work either. I'm really confused because I thought removing all my mods would allow me to single out the issue but even with no mods in my game the aliens sims are still broken.
@Midnightiee If you do this sequence, does it fix an Alien head?
