ok i had this problem too, after going through my mods the conflicting mod was [Kijiko]Remove-EA-Lashes
@mclofie Awesome! That was updated after this problem began. Can you grab the update and see if it works for you? If you'd rather not, there's also a newly updated no-eyelashes mod in the Broken/Updated Mods thread.

Even after removing Kijiko eyelash remover and all my skin details and batch fixing cc for aliens so that they can’t use any cc (and spellcasters who are also headless in my game) my aliens are still headless- I’ve also tried repairing the game and whatnot

@fangirl4712 Test with an empty Mods folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.

If anyone is still having this issue, I had it as well and fixed it by having to do two things, not just one.
For me it was two files...Snip
But the aliens that had already spawned were still missing their heads, so I used MCC to delete all pre-existing aliens, once I did that, all new spawned aliens had heads.
An update would also fix the issue but I not only couldn't find the mod I removed, I couldn't find an update to the mod. The modder seems to have moved on to werewolves.CM Edit: Removed Adult Mod Mention
