Failed to launch error

updated and now my game wont even start

I saw a notification come up for this update a few minutes ago, but now I am not even able to launch the game after updating.

A message pops up that says "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later."

Literally... it says an error on their end, try again later....like bro. I'm already pissed off because 18 hours for THIS?

Same. This is a nightmare, the fix is worse than the issue it was supposed to fix 😭

Are you kidding me? Yesterday at least my game was opening, but today it won’t even launch. How is this supposed to be a solution? Am I really the only one experiencing this? It’s honestly impossible not to lose your mind over this. I can barely even force close the game because the screen completely freezes and nothing responds.

My game launched after three failed attempts. It seems to work now.

what the flip and what the heck!! ive updated my sims removed adult mods and UI ive repaired the game 3 times and now all i get is an error message wont even load up my game im becoming really annoyed at this point

I am still getting a no-launch error, where the sims 4 will not launch. Trying to 50/50 is not working because sometimes adding files in causes it to stop working, and other times it doesn't. This inconsistency means I don't know what is causing my game not to launch, and it is still not resolved for me. 

Right? At this point we honestly need either a sedative or a miracle just to stay calm.
