CC shows up in the game but not in the build/buy menus.

Hi,

I was playing Sims 4 today with no hassles but after turning it off then going back into the game again to build a house, I noticed my CC isn't showing up in the build/buy menus. I checked previous builds in the other worlds and all the CC I used is showing in game with no problems, but it still isn't showing up in the menu. I've ticked everything I need to in game options and I haven't added anything new to the game today. I've used the correct cheats in game, cleared my caches, etc plus all other steps showing up on Google but I can't seem to solve this issue. Thanks in advance for any help.
