cc/mods vs dlc
Which one do you use more or like more Mods and Custom content or Dlc (Expansion,Game pack,stuff packs)?

I would prefer not to use cc/mods in my game if I can get it through DLC of course. I have nightmares about patches and updates, lol. Until EA/Maxis gives me everything through the packs, I will continue to download the terrific cc and very helpful and appreciated mods for my game.
