CCP message error

Okay I can't do this anymore, honestly guys please I need some help!

-After the update I keep getting a last exception error. No mods installed, only Better Exceptions from Twisted mexis which the mod confirms itself that it's an official bug in the game.

-It doesn't allow me to open my small business. It keeps acting weird and nothing works.

-I repaired the game, it's fully updated (all 102 packs installed). I literally miss nothing at all.

Any solutions please? Thank you so much :)
