My sims hair in create a sim is right but ik the game it’s a random hair style.

ladybug112356 I presume this is a CC hair? If it's just one hair in particular, check if the creator has an updated version. If they don't, I recommend just deleting it.
Do you have any mods that allows your sims to change their hairstyle? If I'm not mistaken (off the top of my head) I think Slice of Life allows your sims (from the mirror) to change their hairstyle. So even if you put something on them in CAS, once they go in the game they may go to mirror and change it. Caught my sim doing this and figured it out lol hopefully that helps :)
