Change Greeting Interaction

Hi! I really want to increase the probability of the "euroKiss" greeting sims do between each other (they give each other a kiss on each cheek, it came with Get Together iirc) to happen more often and in all of the worlds. Any idea on how to do this?

I'm new to modding, but my first guess would be to change something with the whitelist region being "region_Residential_NorthEurope" only. But again, I have no idea.
