Change limit of floor levels?
I want to create a mod to change the limit of floors in the game (currently 4 + 2 basement levels). Is this possible to be modded, and if yes, in which file(s) are the tunings for the number of floors...

There may be a hard issue affecting this, on the world file. If you remember in CaW in TS3 you could set the height of a world, the taller and deeper the more memory it took up? So if the worlds we are supplied with were only given enough height units to cope with 3 basements and 5 upper floors, tweaking a number won't help.
