What's the easiest way or place to create my own designs?
I like trying to add my own stuff to the game, like pictures of shows, movies, books, whatever I think I would like in real life. I know about using Curseforge and a few other places for custom content. I want to do my own, and I was wondering what other people have had success with here when they do this too. I also would like to give my Sims some of the recipes/foods that I've made in real life, but I have no idea how to really do that.

wont save
the game wont save when im placing certain items (in the attachment) to the point where the game wont close by its own and i need to force stop the game and restart my computer for it to resolve i downloaded Better Exceptions and removed what it told me the problem was but the problem stiil exist no idea what to do at this point...
No searching in search bar after the blue EA icon.
After the EA blue icon, my search bar in build mode with Sims 4 will not work. Either it crashes when i try to search or it brings up strange things when I type in debug. Or other items are also mixed up. I have 200 custom content items with 7 programs running with Sims 4. Doesn't matter if I keep the cc folder in the game or remove it to my desktop, I get the same result with the search bar. I have also tried to repair the game 4 times. Nothing. I also have remove the cache files several times. Should I remove the EA program and reinstall?? I have also turned off automatic updates, if this is not going to be an issue. I am at a loss for what to do next. Have tried everything.Pack are not included even tho they are downloaded
So i have packs and now my game does not load any of them to the game. It says you dont have these packs even tho i have and i have downloaded them all and my ea says i have them downloaded. I tried repair all the packs and everything but still nothing works.
Cannot Edit Restaurant Lots
Whenever I enter build/buy mode on restaurant-type lots, I cannot save my progress. I cannot save my custom menu nor edit any of the uniforms. Yes, I play with Mods/CC, but I also ran multiple tests to remove any bad mods or CC. I cannot save my progress; I have to force restart my computer. I cannot delete the lot in edit world mode either.
Sims won't use Dishwashers autonomously
Hi Simmers and SimGuru's I have run into an issue where with mods/cc and without mods/cc my sims will not use a dishwasher, autonomously. They only ever wash dishes in the kitchen sink (I do set all the sinks in my sims house to either bathroom or kitchen sinks). I can click on the dishwasher and instruct them to load the dishwasher (I think that's from a mod, not sure - been forever since I actually played vanilla only do it to test issues to see if its from mods/cc or if its a game issue), my sims can upgrade Dishwashers, so its not a routing issue or from things around it preventing use. I have done all of the following to attempt to fix it: - Nothing is blocking the dishwasher (I have tested with clutter on the counter its slotted into and without, neither option works) - I have sold and replaced it with the same model as well as literally every other Dishwasher I have access to from packs I own as well as CC versions I have. - I have had my Sims visit another lot and returned - I have moved my family out and moved them back in to the same house - I have repaired my game - I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled the game - I have tired it in new saves, existing saves, different households in new and existing saves It happens with CC Dishwashers and Vanilla Dishwashers. It occurs in existing saves as well as new save.
After the 3 March Updates Again w/ Missing CC
I was part of the 2% that was unable to load after the March 18th update. After the March 23rd update, I was able to load and play with all previous CC & MODs installed. Today, after loading my game, I can no longer see the CC on my home screen. I originally thought that I had accidentally saved without my CC installed and that was the issue. After loading into former saves, I could see that the game did in fact have all of my CC loaded (both Build/Buy & CAS) it's just not using it all. I started dropping in lots from my Gallery that I had built myself, and now I am missing 58 items. I go to a different build, and the same thing happens with a different odd number of items missing. I double-checked the required items are downloaded and installed into the correct folders and they are. This is also happening with packs that I own. The Gallery will say I own all items needed, but once placed, it will say I'm missing items. I own all but a few Kits along with the newest Royalty pack and have a considerable amount of CC. I am certain after the last week, having spent it combing through my CC & MODs, that everything is up to date and current. I do not have or have had BBB installed. I am fully out of ideas.
