Change limit of floor levels?

I want to create a mod to change the limit of floors in the game (currently 4 + 2 basement levels). Is this possible to be modded, and if yes, in which file(s) are the tunings for the number of floors...

Thank you, but if I remember correctly a SimGuru said back then before the game was released that the number of floors could be modded, but I don't remember the source or which SimGuru said that.

@SimGuruModSquad or @SimGuruEugi , could you help please?
