Cheat modifying relationship not working

I tried the cheat for modifying the relationship between sims and sims/pets. None of them are working. I tried the one with LTR add and without. Nothing works.

I havent played for about half a year, tried it last week and since then its not working.

I saw there where topics about this before, but they were closed. I tried some things from there but still no luck.

Can somebody help?

It's broken, the working method is a master control center mod. I mean it was fun to go through this on the first family sure, but on the 8ths x 8 times for all at home, nah. You can still just make it add relationship faster by percentage.
