Cheat Sims Info pie menu is broken.

Does not have any of the usual things - just Add Lifestyle, Lock All Motive Decay, Remove Lifestyle, and Add Sim Preference. Nothing else. I can't get into EA's live help, just keeps jumping back here. I don't know what to do. I just... want to cheat my Sims some occult stuff... that's all...

I play on Steam. I've tried a hard folder refresh, clearing cache, removing all mods, reinstalling the game. Clearing cache again - verifying files.... and still all I get is this: 

Sim with broken Pie Menu.

I can't get into Live Chat, because I think they just don't want to talk to anyone. So y'all are my last hope. Please tell me how to fix this. My pie menu doesn't want me to cheat. XD

And yes, testingcheats is On.

    @Arrikanez 

    EA help do not support mods. For that you need to contact the mods author. It looks like you are using an outdated version of the mod so look for an update.

    Aaah. But this isn't a mod. It's basegame.

    Testingcheats enabled/on should give me more options on Shift-click under Sims Info cheats.

    There are currently no mods in my game.
