cheat

the cheat bar opens but it does not respond. it does not say anything 

please help

    Ok.  That does happen with some of them.  The command line will just stay blank after you have entered the cheat and hit enter.  That does not mean that the cheat wasn't accepted.

    But in the pic in your 1st post, it looks like you are entering the cheat while on the Main Menu.  Many of them will not activate there or appear to not activate.  You need to be in the save for most of them to activate.  So, either resume or load a save.  Then open the command line and try there.  The only cheat I use at the Main Menu that I use is FPS on.  I use all the others either at the map screen or while on a lot.  

    What specific cheats are you having trouble with?

    It never says or does anything.  Just click your mouse on the bar and the cursor should appear.  Then type the cheat.  Some will give you a response like cheat enabled.  Others do not.

    I type a cheat and nothing happens. it doesn't say cheat enabled or disabled. its just stays white
