Children keep dying, then neglected but not in manage households

Current Description: All 3 of my children all of a sudden passed away without a reason (just the Grim pop up) towards the end of Winterfest and I clicked for all of them to remain playable in the household as ghost but then I get another pop up saying they’re neglected children so they didn’t remain in the household. I closed out the game without saving but when I recovered the previous save the same thing happened again towards the end of Winterfest. I also cannot find the “neglected children” in manage households. They also were not neglected by the way (A students with full needs bars).
