City Living Festivals not spawning
Howdy,
After the most recent update my City living festivals are not spawning, they are not showing on the board or in the sims calender.
I've tried many different saves so I'm sure it's not an issue with the file.

Hi, I’m having the same issue. I just downloaded the game for the first time on a different PC and created a new random sim. Moved him into San Myshuno and played for 10 sim days straight and no festivals spawned. I also did not edit any lot in any of the worlds. Please help, thank you.
- @laurinebeshay Did you check the board in the hallway if there's any festival announced ? Any mods/cc added ?
