CLICK ON THE WORLD AND CHARCTER AND TAKES ME BACK TO THE WORLDS MENU
So ive been trying for the longest and nothing I do works it won't let me play in my household nor any other ones and when i click on it like go to the character it be on the loading screen and then take me back to all the worlds and its like that with every world and it wont let me play only let me create and then wont even let me move in the house i pick like it wont let me play with the household at all so please help i cant do this anymore its already been two days and im done
q3cb0iop035e 99% of the time this is due to outdated mods. Please try this to confirm if that's the case for you:
- Rename the Mods folder (I usually do something like MODS BACKUP).
- Delete the localthumbcache file
- Try again; you can exit without saving so your Sims don't lose their CC.
- If that doesn't work on your regular household, try also in a household you never played.
If with mods, all households are blocked, your issue is most likely a broken script mod, and it could be one broken as long ago as August, when many broke. Unfortunately, lots of these are still available on the internet. For some others, you just need to update to the current version.
If with mods, the only household you can't get into is a played one, that's often caused by having removed mods and is covered in the "master post" on symptoms.
