Community ManagerThe Sept. 26 update stopped the UI Extension mod by Weerbesu from working in my Mom's game. She can no longer keep all her Sims needs up by right clicking on the needs panels.
I know that the UI Extension mod has already been cleared as "Working" after this latest patch. I don't know what to do to try and fix her game, she is 88 years young and
loves to build and decorate the houses. She plays the sims too but gets impatient w/them.
We BOTH have the exact same Mods in our game and mine works just fine. Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Placed fresh 1.36 UI Extension mod files in her Mods files.
2. Run a Repair on all the game files.
3. Removed her Sims 4 files from the C:Path and created a "new housing" Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Mods > CC Files.
4. Restarted her PC in between any changes made to her game files.
Any ideas, thoughts or assistance is very welcome. Thank you.
Hi @Longmire58. Are all her other mods up to date? Did you delete localthumbcache and any other cache files? If none of this helps, I'd suggest heading to the creator for support.

If you'll re-read my initial post, I mentioned that my Mom has the exact same mods and yes, they are all updated. Once again, my game works just fine with the same Mods.
I have deleted the local thumb cache and cache files, etc. I've wondered if it would be a good idea to uninstall/re-install the game and test the Saved games to see it it repairs
the U.I. Exception mod that way?
We use MCCC, LittleMsSams and a few other mods -- all kept updated. We have the same CC too... and I run the Sims 4 Studio Repair to keep them clean/working.
I did try starting a New Game w/just the UI Exception mod in the Mods folder -- and it still wouldn't work on the Needs sliders.
