My sim is glitchy in live mode

I decided to start completely over after the most recent updates we got and made this sim. She looks normal in CAS but is blacked/glitched out in live mode. I've already done the 50/50 with my mods, I deleted the localthumbcache and repaired multiple times. What else should I do?
