Club members perform club activity outside of club gathering

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except high school years, werewolves, batuu, kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a club with club activity (gardening). Invite a club member over without having an active club gathering.
What happens when the bug occurs? Club member performs club activity (gardening)
What do you expect to see? No club activities outside club gathering
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
When club members are coming over to my sims house, they start weeding, talking to and harvesting my plants. Gardening is one of the club activities, however there is no active club gathering. I don't know if this also happens with other club activities, I only experience this with gardening.
