Colors and icons have changed

What’s wrong with my game? Everything is weird colors, icons are different the game is pretty buggy-sims just stand at one place and don’t do anything. I use MCC so I put everything out but it didn’t help, it’s still the same. It started after the last update. Please help.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
