Community lots not saving once built. (Sims 4) .

Hi,  I'm trying to change the community spaces on the Evergreen Harbour world. However, after I've built it, saved it, then gone back to Manage Worlds, its reverted back to the original dilapidated ...

Factory Reset my game and slowly added back in my cc and mods . Made sure everything was updated but still having the same issue with the lots . /: I really don't want to go through this entire process again as it took all day and not even my main mods were installed yet .

@HaleyNorth345 Did you ever test placing them in a new save ?

    Everything is a new save at the moment . I don't have any of my old saves .

    @HaleyNorth345 and you still see the 999x999 lot type ? When you did the factory reset, did it work on a fresh save with nothing added back ? Bit unclear if you have troubles finding the culprit mod or if it also doesn't work on a vanilla game.

    When I did the factory reset everything worked fine . Yes I still see the 999x999 lot type even with no mods downloaded .

    @HaleyNorth345 At what point did you get the 999x999 back if it worked fine after the factory reset ? Adding back your save ? Any other files ?
