Completely broken eyelash cc

i have tried at least 10 different CC creators, i’ve tried restarting my game, removing any potential conflicting items in CAS (clothes, makeup, accessories, etc.) and not a single thing has made these eyelashes work. i’ve even tried using lashes from skin detail and from the actual eyelash tab and every time i load in they have the giant white blocks around them. any ideas on what i could do to try and make them work??
