Conservationist Career-Unable to Prepare Grant Application

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering the Conservation Career and selecting "Prepare Grant Application" from computer (Environmental Manager, lvl 7)
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will sit at the computer and type up almost all of a grant application, then give up and walk away.
What do you expect to see? Sim should complete the grant application so they can submit it, as this is one of the work from home assignments in the conservationist career path.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have done this test 7 different times, and the outcome has been the same each time.

-I have made sure that my sim's needs are fully met before they sit down at the computer so that they wouldn't get up and go to the bathroom or to grab food to interrupt the process.

-It takes around 4 hours to complete the task, and every single time my sim gets up when the task is about 95% complete (approximately, as this isn't a task that shows a percentage of completion like some work from home assignments). There is no option to "Resume Writing" the grant in the Conservationist options or in the Write options. 

This is so so frustrating because it takes so much time to accomplish the task and the bug happens when it's almost complete. 

Any thoughts or help on this is greatly appreciated!
