cordelia's secret cottage bug

Question

I moved into Cordelia's secret cottage, wont let me cook, all options are greyed out. I have the wonderful whims mod, thats it. I have attached screen shots of the cooking menu and my pack options screen in settings as it is blank...

Do you have the Simple Living lot challenge on that lot? And is it Off the Grid? You can see those from build/buy mode. Both will affect cooking - the first for ingredient requirements, the second for appliance use.
