Corrupted gallery

Hi, I have no idea how to fix my gallery. It has been corrupted for a few months, which I figured was to do with mods. I had tried to remove all of them (worked), then put everything back one by one which eventually broke it again, but when I had removed the mod which seemingly caused the issue, it was still corrupted. i repeated this whole process multiple times, but couldn't fix it. I also tried the repair option a few times but that didn't work. Today I reinstalled the whole game and put the mods back in which worked! But afterwards a put another mod in and it corrupted again, and even after removing that mod its still broken. I really dont understand what is going on, and really dont want to have to stop playing with mods. Thanks
