Cottage living - no bonus content months after purchase
I bought The Sims 4 Cottage Living in July and redeemed my code on Origin well before the early September deadline. I did not receive the bonus content. I sent a bug report to EA and got no response. I just contacted EA Help on Twitter who said (and I quote) "Unfortunately, that was a long time ago and one time offer. We cant manually grant it as it's not in our system anymore. If I could I would do it."
How is it that we're not even three months after the bonus content and already it's impossible to award it on an individual level even if those people do qualify? I feel cheated out of bonus content - the only reason I bought it that early is for this additional content. Does anyone know any other way or can help or ?

There are certain scenarios in which we can assist with this type of issue, while we can't grant you any content over Answers HQ, I've reached out to the Twitter team you spoke with to take a look into this for you and they should be reaching back out to you shortly to gather some additional information and hopefully grant you that content.
