Cottage Living - Why doesn't the world show up?

So, I just downloaded the Cottage Living pack- and I do have at least the CAS content in the game, but Henford On Bagley isn't showing up in the world select. It doesn't even say it's locked, either....

Ah- the problem for me was Zerbu's All worlds are residential mod.

    Wait, nope. Now the world just won't load.

      I did remove the MOD map and restart sims4 but still no new world show up.

      With a new Sims 4 folder? Repair it again a couple of times. Make sure you're still using a new Sims 4 folder, completely new, no saves, mods, settings, nothing.

    @Starscreamwolf13 removing Zerbu made the world show up for me, but then it's just a blank white screen when I try to load it...
