    The recent patch seems to have resolved the issue although it wasn't mentioned in the patch notes. I've been back to the shop twice and there are 16+ days left on the milk and eggs I've left there. Thanks for your help. I'll post again if the problem pops up again.

I had this fridge bug on my home lots.

In my case I tracked it down to a Video-Station-Mod that was outdated and conflicted with how inventory  works. i suppose.
