I found the reason, thank you very much for your help. It turned out that the house was loaded in my save, which caused this exception in the entire save. I deleted this house and the exception disappeared.
@annaherzberg I'm aiming to determine if this is a mod issue or if you need to be moved to a different support area.

Did you get a last exception file when you did that? (obviously, you wouldn't get a BE report because you'd have removed it).
Did you test only in the same house, or in different ones?
Hi! I tested it on multiple lots and always got the same exception. I did the vanilla testing method twice and the second time it worked and I didn´t have issues, so I guess it's a mod. I just cannot figure out which one 😶
Start with the Broken/Updated Mods & CC lists. If going through those still leaves you with the same error, it might be the result of a mod with an older update or a mod that isn't covered here (such as an NSFW/18+ mod). Instructions on how to narrow a problem mod down are here: 50-50
