@ChickNuggEnthuse This may well not be mod/CC-related, but a first step in tracking the issue is always to assume it might be. Could you please test this without mods/CC? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to see how it works. Don't save the game, though.
If the problem is still there, does it happen if you load a different household, or is it specific to that one? Does it happen in a different save?
I found it! For anyone who comes across this thread and has the same problem, it might be cc by the name of (sheabuttyr) - daija dreads V2.package

@ChickNuggEnthuse Thanks! If you have a few minutes it would awesome if you could test those alone (the only Mods folder content) on a test save. I'll add them to my test list, but I'm unlikely to get to any of that list for a couple of weeks.
HI @ChickNuggEnthuse . I finally got around to testing that hair, and it's not causing issues in my game.
