Yep, exact problem - it happens when you change the icon and pictures again after uploading them for a first time. Problem: picture and icon also tend to "disappear" (but obviously not really because when you reupload them, the tool acts like you uploaded it for the second time and duplicates the branch)... I feel like the tool can't really handle too many branches very well.
