Infinite Loading Screen/Invisible Sims

I was able to get into my game (Barely) after the patch update, but after I play for a while my sims go invisible or my screen is stuck on a loading screen when I try to save my game. Does anyone know what CC/Mods usually cause this or like a way I can fix this.
