I recently got the new update, but for some reason my create-a-sim won't work. The sims opens, but when I go to create-a-sim, it fades to white and doesn't change. I've redownloaded the game, repaired it, checked my driver, and deleted my cache and mods files. It worked at one point, but mods didn't show up. I got rid of some mods that I thought might be the problem but it's still not working. I'm on an HP laptop.
This is happening to me as well!! I’m also on an hp laptop.
@bebopbeeboop and @KIUMYIE7 Does CAS work if you have no mods or custom content present? If so, the issue is your mods and cc, and you'll need to test those files. The 50/50 method can help make the process more efficient:

Keep in mind you may have more than one broken item. Finding the first one doesn't mean the rest are fine; you'll need to test everything at least once.
