Culppepper 19 bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? i have all of the game packs and stuffs installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When im going to like place a lot in Culpepperhouse 19 and Jasmine apartment 2a its stands an item affected by this action cannot be moved to the household directory and i have tried to take away my mods and cc and its still the same issue

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    Are these the apartments with the historical plaques you’re not allowed to remove? That may block clearing/placing a new room.

    @oliviatinglej Does it matter what ? Would be great if you could describe in a few more details what you are trying to do.

    Have you also tested if the same things work on a fresh save for testing purposes ?

    Its still the same, when i try to put a lot tray on the apartment its says its a objects that does that i cannot put it in there like i typed the message in my description but i have been able to do it before and its on 402 in evergreen harbor too

    @livanlej001124 Are you trying to place whole lots from the gallery or room ? In apartments you can only place rooms and as PipMenace said above, there might be something about the apartment that you're not allowed to remove.

    I have been able to place a lot before and now i cannot, its like a renovation from summerplays

    @livanlej001124 You can only place lots on penthouse lots.

    Apartments have walls that you can't replace as well as certain items.

    What kind of lot are you trying ? If you're trying to place a room than there's certain places where you can't place them. In the Culpepper 19 it would be the pipes for example that are fixed installation.
