Custom Art

Sims 3 had all sorts of wonderful CC art available. And there were ways to actually make your own art appear in the game as well that wasn't actually CC which was wonderful. What are our art options in Sims 4 and is there a way to have some art I would like in my Sims house made?

If your on console, that would be different if your on pc then that's not a problem.

I wanted a fictosexual pride flag in the pride update but they didn't
Give one its literally just the ace flag with a pink circle in the center.
Also odd how you cant use an irl camara to make pics in sims anymore
