Mods+cc not working. Help!

So I bought a new computer and downloaded Sims 4 again and started to download cc and mods. I made Mods folder in Sims 4 folder and made sure zip files were unpacked as u should and I also enabled everything in the Sims game menu. Cc and mods are not showing up. What's up with that? I've opened and closed the game ten times already. Help?

tiinasini Did you start and exit the game, then put the mods in the folder the game created? Don't manually make a folder. See "Installation" in How to Use Mods and CC

When you enabled mods in Game Options, if you go in again after restarting, is it still enabled?
