Custom Content completely stopped working + sims deleted
Late last year after updating my sims 4 game, all my sims were deleted and custom content stopped working. I thought the issue might be that i pressed "new game" instead of "load game" but under load game there was no save file for my previous sims and I already tried to fix that issue myself and have given up trying to recover those sims and have started to make new ones. My main problem now is that my custom content will not work no matter what, I've searched up and tried many different ways to fix it and I'm not sure what else to do, its definitely all in the right folder, but in game it says there is none, and I definitely also have the right settings for custom content to work. There also isn't the filter in CAS either for custom content but I'm not sure if thats just because the game thinks there is none.
@wigglygaga When you say you're sure the custom content is in the correct folder, does that mean you've compared the file path to the cc with the file path the game lists? If not, please do so now; here's how to see the file path for the folder Sims 4 is reading:

Please also let me know what game version you're running. You can see it along the bottom or on the right side of the Main Menu, where you choose to load a save or start a new one. Please list the full version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.
