Custom Content completely stopped working + sims deleted

Late last year after updating my sims 4 game, all my sims were deleted and custom content stopped working. I thought the issue might be that i pressed "new game" instead of "load game" but under lo...

@wigglygaga When you say you're sure the custom content is in the correct folder, does that mean you've compared the file path to the cc with the file path the game lists? If not, please do so now; here's how to see the file path for the folder Sims 4 is reading:

Please also let me know what game version you're running. You can see it along the bottom or on the right side of the Main Menu, where you choose to load a save or start a new one. Please list the full version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@puzzlezaddict :I did definitely check earlier, but I checked again and it is in my onedrive, not where I thought it was, I'll see if moving things there fixes it. My game version is 1.87.40.1030 Thanks for your help so far!

@puzzlezaddict Thanks so much! Somehow i had two folders in the onedrive but moving the custom content worked!!
