From an engine perspective, there is nothing technically stopping you from adding your own Animation State Machines (ASM).
As you may know, the actual animation resources (types 0x6b20c4f3 / 0xbc4a5044) are referenced by the Animation State machine (type 0x02d5df13) which dictates how the animations are played back and interact with gameplay.
However I do not know how capable the community tools are at generating ASMs, so it's a question for the community if there are tools that can help you.

I've been searching for the stereo dance animations which were added with Get Together however I was only able to locate the dance floor animations by searching the two resource types you've mentioned above...
Are those dance animations packed with another resource ?
What is resource type 0x1C99B344 ?
