Custom Skins Glitched After Latest Sims 4 Update

I recently updated The Sims 4 and many of my custom skins appear glitched in-game (showing up with blotches and discoloration). Just wondering if this will be fixed in the future or if I will literally have to wait until all of the affected skin tones get updated by their creators. Disappointing!

    "After the 1.89.214 patch, most items using LRLE textures have glitch." Will this ever be fixed by EA? Or do I have to just wait for the skin textures to be updated by their creators?

    This is an Apex forum, so I would suggest submitting this in the sims forum (is there one?) in order to get more traction on your post.
