Debug Issue Windows 11?
Hi guys, initially I thought this was a mods issue, and did a lot of troubleshooting with the creator on Discord, but it's really not. Here's the deal. I was having a huge problem with random items just disappearing when I started the game. I tend to over decorate so I assumed it was because I just had too many items out in the game itself, uploaded my houses to the gallery, and uninstalled. Reinstalled, still happening, so I deleted everything out of the EA Games folders on the C and D drive. My computer wanted me to update to Windows 11, I did, then I reinstalled Sims. Originally, I was running BetterBuildBuy and TOOL, and noticed when I pulled up my new game that none of my debug items showed. I enabled the mods, restarted, nothing. Deleted the mods, tried the cheat console, still would not work - couldn't use live edit objects, hidden objects, and when I searched debug it said no objects were found. I ran repair on the game, relaunched it, debug was there, yay! Tried my mods, they still didn't work, but I deleted them and just used the cheat console. Mid game-play, the live edit/hidden objects/debug search items disappeared again. I tried creating a new game and doing another uninstall/reinstall, no dice. HELP.
