default eyes and infants

Not sure if this has been discussed yet, I just downloaded the patch and the expansion pack but seems like my default eyes aren't jiving with the infants. Is there a fix for this or do I need to download new default eyes that are compatible with infants? I've never quite loved the EA ones.
