@HanaHana543 For issues with a specific download, it's best to contact the creator.
Since they do work on toddlers it doesn't sound like an issue of the game not recognizing them.
Maybe they are not compatible anymore.

Oh yes i forgot to mention that this happens on every default eyes i installed
Downloaded a default eyes -> opens the game just to find out it works only for toddlers -> deleted said default eyes -> got a new one, from a diffrent creator-> only works on toddlers again
It's been a while now, i thought they fixed it on the day they released the Werewolves pack

Maybe someone else uses default eyes and can help but otherwise it's always better to ask on cc sites as cc isn't supported by EA.I did look up for an answer. Couldn't find any, at least not the specific problem like mine. The lastest help i could find is from 2020
And from the creators' page seems like their cc works just fine. I think it's just a me problem.

what CC eyes are you using?
I've recently downloaded a mod for my mermaids eyes and are called Submerged Eyes, and they weren't working at first until I realized they were separated for occults hence why they weren't showing up in CAS, once I picked the right one, it worked.
