@1x5mzxc2xjm2 Where is it exactly that you aren't seeing the CC? Is it missing from Sims you made before or from the catalogue?
@luthienrising When I go into CAS and when I look through the Mods and CC popup in-game (sorry I don't know if I described that properly). I haven't tried loading any of my most recent save files but when I start up the game, the hair on my Sim in the 'Play' button is missing.
Also not sure if this is helpful but some of the previously deleted CC is showing up in game so that's why I'm confused.
Thanks

@1x5mzxc2xjm2 Use this method to find the Mods folder your game is actually seeing: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ It might help to solve some mysteries for you. It sounds like you might have had a separate folder somewhere else.

@luthienrising Hey, I followed the steps there but the Mods folder has all of my mods and cc in there.
I was thinking of moving them to another folder and then deleting the original folder so the game can generate a new one. I don't know if you think that will help.
Thanks again

@1x5mzxc2xjm2 It never hurts to generate a fresh folder. I'd suggest doing it at the user folder (The SIms 4) level. You'll be resetting your Game Options after that (the non-save-specific ones0. Copy the folder contents back in afterwards. This can be a good excuse to reorganize and do things like confirm you don't have any folders with "Mods" in the name inside of Mods, or that you don't have content too many folders deep.
If you'd like, I can also look at a generated Mods list to see if there are obvious issues. Instructions are at the end of https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mod-CC-Issues/INFO-How-to-Use-Mods-and-CC/m-p/13436264
