DELETING OBJECTS IN THE WORLD

The latest version of Studio can open world files but it doesn't do so happily, it's full of unknowns, and we haven't looked into any of this yet ourselves. For those reasons, I would not recommend attempting to use Studio for this at this time.

The apartment in your screenshot is technically not a shell. I see you have already deleted the apartment building shell. What is left behind are the build/buy items for the apartment, which on non-apartment lots you could just bulldoze in build mode but can't do in apartment lots. To delete these items, you would need to delete them from the world files themselves and as far as I know there are no community tools that can do that currently. Sorry!

Which resources handle pre-made lots? I still have a world editor on my list of stuff to create, so this would be a useful feature to add. Would it also be possible to add apartments and penthouses to other worlds that way?
