HOW TO DELETE OBJECTS OUTSIDE MY LOT?

Hi,
I have three problems and here are three pictures to help decribe them:

Objects in front of my appartment that I cannot delete:

Then I tried setting the bed as head, after I reset my sim and now I also have this problem:

Also apparently my sims prefer public woohoo as they always use the bed in front of the building:

I solved the 2nd problem by not saving the game, however, I still wonder how could I delete or move an object that is on public lot?

In TS3 you had the option to delete the object if you shift clicked on it and as I am aware there's nothing similar to it in TS4. How can I delete objects that are on public lot?
