Deleting specific table keeps crashing my game

My game runs completely fine until I enter Buy Mode and try to delete one specific "Fancy Dining Table" that I have. I cannot move or delete it or else my game immediately crashes back to desktop. I haven't changed the size of it and there is nothing on top it. It's not clipping into anything. bb.moveobjects on also does not help. I can't sell, delete, or move the table. Is there any way to fix this?

    @crinrict Oh, I thought I deleted the post because I did end up fixing this. The table was in a basement room and I had to build walls around the wall it was next to in order to delete those first. Then, it allowed me to delete the table just fine. Very weird.

    @HOTPOPPAH What happens if you bulldoze the lot ? Does it also crash ?

    Try saving the lot to your library first, then bulldoze.
