developmental error

Anyone have any idea what this error could be from? I keep getting it through Last Exceptions, but I've gone through my mods and cc multiple times repairing, updating, and removing the necessary broken/outdated ones. Absolutely no clue what it is, but any new saves won't load at all, including the last save I was playing before my game stopped working practically completely. Any help is appreciated
